A lot can happen in a year. A lot might have happened for you in 2022, right? No matter whether you're happy or unhappy with how 2022 has been for you, this is the time to make the best of the rest of the year. So, let's get straight to it:
1. Review Your 2022 Goals: Go over the goals you had set at the beginning of this year and analyze what you've accomplished, what you have not, and the possibility of achieving them with the time left in this year.
2. Identify Two Habits You need to Ditch : Take some time out (you could even do this when you're stuck in traffic) to think about two of your worst habits that's keeping you from progressing in life (for example, going to bed way too late and showing up exhausted at work the next day).
3. Find Out What's Possible in the Next 47 days : Think about ways in which you can make the rest of the year count. Take new steps that can make the remaining 1.5 months of this year more fruitful.
4. Do One Thing That Will Improve Your Life: Time for some self reflection - ask yourself what's the one thing you can do/do differently that will significantly improve your life.
5. Time to Be Grateful: It's time to let go of the guilt and disappointment in not getting where you wanted to in 2022, and make note of the things that did work out well for you this year.
